White Colour

AD 350's white colour blends seamlessly with light-coloured tiles, grout, and backgrounds — maintaining the original colour and brightness of translucent or light-coloured tiles.

Creamy Texture

AD 350's smooth, creamy texture and expert formulation ensure superior workability, strong initial tack, and non-sag properties for vertical applications.

Outstanding Overnight Strength

Engineered with rapid curing properties, AD 350 provides exceptional overnight strength — allowing quick turnaround times, faster project completion, and next-day foot traffic.

Unrivalled Bonding Strength

AD 350 provides a secure and lasting grip between tiles and substrates. Meets AS 4992 (ISO 13007-1:2014), achieving C2TES1 performance — durable for up to 15 years when conditions are met.

Low Shrinkage

AD 350's low-shrinkage formula minimises adhesion loss over time, maintaining long-term bond integrity even in environments subject to temperature cycling or minor substrate movement.

AS/NZS 4992 Compliant

Every batch of AD 350 is formulated and tested to meet Australian and New Zealand standards — giving specifiers, contractors, and building owners confidence in every installation.

Why AD 500

Built for the most demanding installations.

Weather & UV Resistant

AD 500 is built to withstand harsh weather conditions, making it perfect for patios, balconies, facades, and pool areas. With resistance to UV radiation and thermal stress, it ensures long-lasting installations even in outdoor environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.

Polymer-Enhanced Performance

Enhanced with polymers, AD 500 offers superior bond strength, flexibility, and durability. Its high polymer content helps accommodate expansion and contraction caused by moisture and temperature variations, making it especially reliable in high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

Extended Open Time & Large Format Support

The extended open time provides ample time for precision placement and adjustment, reducing errors on large or intricate projects. AD 500 is also engineered to support large format tiles with enhanced bond strength to prevent shifting and accommodate structural movements or thermal expansion.

Low Shrinkage & Flexibility

AD 500 features low shrinkage, minimising dimensional changes during curing to ensure stable and secure bond integrity over time. Its enhanced flexibility further accommodates structural movements and temperature fluctuations without compromising the bond.

Fast Return to Service

AD 500's outstanding overnight strength provides excellent bond integrity within a short curing period, enabling quick project turnaround without sacrificing strength — ideal for high-traffic commercial and residential installations.

Low VOC Formulation

AD 500 is formulated with low VOCs, reducing harmful emissions and improving indoor air quality, making it an environmentally responsible choice for both residential and commercial projects.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Under standard conditions (20°C, 50% RH), you can grout in as little as 3 hours. In cooler or more humid conditions, allow additional time. Always ensure tiles are firm and immovable before grouting.

Yes. AD 500 is built to withstand harsh weather conditions with resistance to UV radiation and thermal stress, making it suitable for patios, balconies, facades, and pool areas that experience extreme temperature fluctuations.

Yes. AD 500 is suitable for use over electric and hydronic underfloor heating systems. Ensure heating is turned off 24 hours before tiling and remains off for at least 7 days after grouting.

Enhanced with polymers, AD 500 offers superior flexibility that allows the adhesive to accommodate expansion and contraction caused by moisture and temperature variations, making it especially reliable in high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

AD 500 has an extended open time that provides ample opportunity for precision placement and adjustment, reducing the risk of errors particularly in large or intricate projects.

AD 500 is suitable for most natural stones. For resinous or highly porous stones, perform a test application first. For translucent stones, use AD 350 (white) to avoid colour telegraphing.
