White Colour

AD 350's white colour blends seamlessly with light-coloured tiles, grout, and backgrounds — maintaining the original colour and brightness of translucent or light-coloured tiles.

Creamy Texture

AD 350's smooth, creamy texture and expert formulation ensure superior workability, strong initial tack, and non-sag properties for vertical applications.

Outstanding Overnight Strength

Engineered with rapid curing properties, AD 350 provides exceptional overnight strength — allowing quick turnaround times, faster project completion, and next-day foot traffic.

Unrivalled Bonding Strength

AD 350 provides a secure and lasting grip between tiles and substrates. Meets AS 4992 (ISO 13007-1:2014), achieving C2TES1 performance — durable for up to 15 years when conditions are met.

Low Shrinkage

AD 350's low-shrinkage formula minimises adhesion loss over time, maintaining long-term bond integrity even in environments subject to temperature cycling or minor substrate movement.

AS/NZS 4992 Compliant

Every batch of AD 350 is formulated and tested to meet Australian and New Zealand standards — giving specifiers, contractors, and building owners confidence in every installation.

Why AD 700

Built for the most demanding installations.

Low VOC & UV Resistant

AD 700's low VOC formulation promotes healthier indoor environments, while its resistance to UV radiation and thermal stress ensures long-lasting durability in the most demanding outdoor conditions.

Extended Open Time

With an extended 30-minute open time, AD 700 allows ample opportunity for precise tile placement and adjustments, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring professional-quality installations — whether by expert tilers or confident DIY enthusiasts.

Large Format Tile Support

AD 700 is particularly suited to large format tiles, offering enhanced bond strength and slip resistance to support heavy and oversized tiles while accommodating structural movements and thermal expansion.

Crack-Free Flexibility

The flexibility of AD 700 prevents cracks and detachment by adjusting to substrate movements and temperature fluctuations, making it the ideal choice for both interior and exterior applications.

Sustainability Focused

Formulated with sustainability in mind, AD 700 features low VOCs, reducing harmful emissions and improving indoor air quality. Its precise formulation minimises waste and extends the lifespan of installations, contributing to a lower overall environmental footprint.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Large format tiles require full bed coverage and adhesives that accommodate micro-movement from warpage and building movement. AD 700's extended open time, S1 flexibility rating, enhanced slip resistance, and non-sag formula allow proper back-buttering and positioning of tiles up to 900×1800mm while supporting heavy and oversized tiles.

Yes. AD 700 is specifically approved for use over structurally sound, stable timber and plywood subfloors. Timber should be a minimum 19mm structural plywood, securely fixed with minimal deflection. A decoupling membrane is recommended for maximum performance.

Yes. AD 700 is designed to withstand prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, and UV radiation, providing a secure watertight seal for swimming pools and spas. Its S1 flexibility rating also accommodates thermal cycling on exterior facades, patios, and balconies.

AD 700 features a low VOC formulation that reduces harmful emissions and promotes healthier indoor air quality. Its precise formulation also minimises waste and extends the lifespan of installations, contributing to a lower overall environmental footprint.

AD 700 complies with ISO 13007-1:2014 and meets the C2TES1 performance criteria, delivering reliable performance for up to 15 years in both interior and exterior settings when installed correctly.

Back-buttering means applying a thin skim coat of adhesive directly to the tile back before setting. It is required by AS 3958 for tiles larger than 300×300mm to ensure full contact coverage of at least 95% in wet areas and 80% in dry areas.
